Brief details:

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for preparing and implementing the budget, collecting taxes, regulating and controlling government expenditures and payments, and regulating customs affairs. It is essential for every government to be aware of its internal and external affairs so that it can organize its financial resources with accurate information and allocate them effectively. The most important condition for the success of a government is to prevent budget deficits. To prevent budget deficits, the proportion of revenues and expenditures must be considered, and serious measures must be taken in regulating their affairs and necessary actions must be taken so that, on the one hand, revenue collection increases and, on the other hand, unnecessary expenditures are prevented.

Job Description:

Design, develop, and test new computer systems to replace existing systems.

Job responsibilities and qualifications

Specialized tasks

  • Design, develop, and test new computer systems to replace existing systems.
  • Collecting, arranging, and unifying the plans of the relevant departments for better coordination and advancement of affairs.
  • Design, develop, and test new computer systems to replace existing systems.
  • Study, improve the management and maintenance of existing computer systems
  • Improving the management and maintenance of the computer systems of the General Directorate of Treasury
  • Implementing standards and procedures for the development and maintenance of computer systems
  • Ensuring the activation and rapid response of computer systems in coordination with the department departments.
  • Management and maintenance of the content management system and email system of the General Directorate of Treasury
  • On-site resolution of problems that arise in the system to improve administration

Management tasks

  • Preparing and arranging monthly, quarterly and annual work plans in accordance with the department’s general plan to achieve the department’s set goals.
  • Providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and when necessary, on the activities and achievements of the relevant department in order to inform the leadership.
  • Performing other duties assigned by competent authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the department.

Coordination tasks

Providing communication and coordination with relevant departments and departments

Employment conditions

  • Have Afghan citizenship
  •  His/her age must not be less than (18) years and not more than (62) years.

Educational level: At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science from institutions inside or outside the country that have been approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Work experience :   At least two years related to the job.

Required skills

Ability to adapt the relevant department’s policy

Proficiency in one of the official national languages ​​(Pashto or Dari)
