Mission and objectives
UNDP’s Accelerator Labs were built in 2019 to change the way UNDP does development by learning what works and what doesn’t in sustainable development to reach the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in time. Because of the speed, dynamics and complexity of today’s challenges we’re not progressing fast enough, and current development practices must keep up with the pace of change
Context
The campaign was launched at the end of August 2023 and will be active until January 2024. To boost the campaign’s visibility and exposure, the lab is planning to experiment with different outreach and content strategies including but not limited to Google search and Video Ads for a month. To understand the impact of the ads and the performance of the social media posts, we need insights and analytics for our campaign page and understanding on how we are engaging with international donors who are a target for the campaign.

Task description
Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience on google Analytics, Google Ads, Search engine optimization and/or online marketing who can support us to understand what is impactful in reaching the public and generating donations and what is not. The task will be;
1. Provide insight in report format on the current state of engagement on the site with conversion rates from social media to website to donation before the deployment of the ads.
2. Give recommendations on how to better reach the audience and any improvements to the outreach strategy. Give recommendations on YouTube Ad optimization.
3. Do an evaluation on the performance of Ads and social media posts two weeks after launch to assess progress and propose suggestions on adjustment if needed. Final assessment on the before and After impact of the Ads and performance of the social media Ads
Requirements
Required experience
Handson experience with digital media analytics particularly with Google Analytics and Ads, creating insightful reports and ability to make recommendation based on the data – experience in a similar assignment and Google Ad Certification is desirable
