To accomplish this purpose, Project Back to Job was started by MDF in 2017 with the mission to help acid attack victims resume a normal life. Project Back to Job has been implemented by MDF through online volunteering support from 2017 to 2019. In 2023, MDF began the work to revive its efforts on Project Back to Job – more details will be available soon on MDF website.
