Duties and Responsibilities
The Management Associate  will work completely remotely, interacting daily with multidisciplinary teams responsible for supporting the implementation by the courts of the Technological Policies of the Justice 4.0 Program, working in close coordination with teams from the CNJ and UNDP. The working language is Portuguese; Knowledge of English will be useful for everyday activities such as reading documentation, carrying out research and using software independently . The work will involve supporting the monitoring of the execution of established goals, as well as providing dialogue and support to the IT teams of these courts. The Management Associate will also support compliance with defined schedules and problem solving to ensure the technical quality of the products generated. Indicative activities are planned:
  • Support the elaboration, implementation and monitoring of action plans aimed at the integration of Judiciary bodies into the PDPJ-Br, as well as supporting  implementation activities and qualitative technical monitoring of the products and goals foreseen in the projects; 
  • Support the planning and implementation by the courts of the Technological Policies of the Justice 4.0 Program, contributing to the fulfillment of their schedules and ensuring the quality of the deliveries to be made;  
  • Provide support in the monitoring and recording activities of the different stages of project execution, based on the definition of established goals and priority deliveries, as well as the management strategies and monitoring tools defined by the UNDP and the CNJ, routinely interacting with the project teams. bodies of the Judiciary; 
  • Support in the identification, documentation and management of solutions for problems that may be identified throughout the execution of projects, as well as technically supporting the implementation of these solutions, organizing external and internal strategies for demands, in conjunction with a designated supervisor; 
  • Assist in the production of documents necessary for the implementation of projects, such as texts, reports, letters and other documents necessary for management, information, systematization, knowledge and development of ongoing actions; 
  • Provide support in carrying out missions, meetings and other project execution activities, carrying out technical monitoring and qualitative monitoring of products and goals to support medium and long-term actions aimed at integrating the bodies of the Judiciary into the PDPJ-Br and the diagnosis of the work processes of the Judiciary; It is
  • Perform other tasks as required by supervision.
Institutional Arrangement
The contractor will be supervised by the Project Manager and the Technical Project Coordinator.

Required skills and experience
Minimum Education Requirements:  
  • High School Diploma required;
  • A university degree in Administration, Law, Statistics, Production Engineering, Public Management, Information Technology or related areas will be given due consideration, but is not a requirement.

Minimum years of relevant professional experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years (with completed high school) or 3 years (with a university degree) of professional experience in the area of ​​project management, public or private management, production engineering, statistical data analysis, public policy management, information management , or related areas.
Required skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to use information technology;
  • Knowledge of the office package;
Desired skills in addition to the skills covered in the Skills section:
  • Experience with implementing strategic planning,
  • Experience with systems implementation, improvement of organizational processes and/or change management; 
  • Experience with implementing programs and/or public policies;
  • Experience working with public sector partners, especially the Justice System; 
  • Experience with research, extraction, processing and analysis of data; 
  • Experience with advanced Excel and/or other project management support tools;
  • Experience with Business Intelligence -BI;
  • Experience in international cooperation projects will be considered an advantage.
Required languages:  
  • Fluency in Portuguese is necessary;
  • Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
