Duties and responsibilities
The Project Associate (Manager) will be responsible for distributing functions to the project team, managing activities in their different stages and monitoring the technical quality of products prepared in the context of the Justice 4.0 Program. The professional will work in close coordination with the CNJ and UNDP team and the following indicative activities are planned:
• Monitor and record the actions planned within the scope of the project, based on the definition of goals and priority deliveries established, as well as the management strategies and monitoring tools defined by UNDP and CNJ;
• Identify, document, manage and solve problems that may arise throughout the execution of the project;
• Monitor the planning and implementation of project actions, contributing to compliance with the project schedule and ensuring the quality of deliveries to be carried out;
• Carry out administrative procedures related to the development of project systems, in conjunction with the designated supervisor;
• Technically support the implementation of project initiatives, organizing external and internal solution strategies for demands, in conjunction with a designated supervisor;
• Carry out missions, meetings and other activities to execute the action plan and technical follow-up and qualitative monitoring of products and goals; and
• Perform other tasks, as required by the designated supervisor.
Institutional Arrangement
The person hired will be supervised by Project Management and Technical Project Coordination.

Required skills and experience
Minimum education requirements :
• High school diploma is required;
• University degree, preferably in the areas of Administration, Law, Public Management, Information Technology, International Relations, IT Governance or related areas will be given due consideration.
Minimum years of relevant professional experience :
• Minimum of 7 years (in case of completed high school) or 4 years (in case of university bachelor’s degree) of professional or academic experience in the area of project management.
Required skills :
• Oral and written communication skills;
• Skill in using information technology;
• Knowledge of the office package.
Desired skills, in addition to the skills covered in the Skills section:
• Experience in project management in the area of Information Technology;
• Experience in project management;
• Professional experience in IT management and governance;

Required languages:
• Fluency in Portuguese.
