The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
– Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.
– Building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, and becoming the point of contact for the assigned market.
– Negotiate contract agreements with key customers.
– Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
– Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
– Coordinate the marketing activities/implementation with the team.
– Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of innovation growth plans.
– Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.

Requirements

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar.
– Minimum 5 – 7 years of sales experience within the Retail Industry. Vision care experience is a plus.
– Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.
– Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
