Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct assessments to identify the financial needs of youth participants.
• Analyze data to understand the economic challenges faced by young people.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and identify financial gaps.
• Provide personalized guidance to youth on available financing options.
• Educate participants about loans, grants, and other financial instruments.
• Assist in the development of tailored financial plans based on individual circumstances.
• Work closely with the team to develop strategies for economic empowerment.
• Identify opportunities for financial inclusion and sustainable livelihoods.
• Contribute to the design of programs to improve financial literacy and management skills.
• Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and partners.
• Facilitate connections between youth participants, banks, microfinance institutions, and other relevant organizations.
• Advocate for youth-friendly financial products and services.
• Organize training workshops on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and financial planning.
• Provide mentorship and support to young entrepreneurs in developing and scaling their businesses.
• Offer ongoing guidance and coaching to help youth achieve their financial goals.
• Facilitate the formation and management of Youth Savings and Loans Associations (YSLAs) among youth entrepreneurs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of YSLAs to ensure sustainability and effectiveness
