Job Descriptions:
- Management of petty cash at the oilfield site, preparation of funding plans based on the site’s financial needs, and allocation of funds.
- Process daily financial reports.
- Accounting for materials entering and leaving the site, provision of fixed asset depreciation, and handling related accounting tasks.
- Accounting for daily expenses at the site.
- Participation in fixed asset and inventory work, and preparation of inventory reports.
- Entering the financial transactions in the ledger
- Preparing and gathering information for comprehensive financial data reports, including, but not limited to trail balance sheet, general ledger, and sub-ledger report) and submitting to the Supervisor.
- Granting and revoking highest level rights (System and Object level rights) and monitoring the use of these rights.
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience of being Accountant with well-known organizations.
- – Several years of financial work experience in overseas oilfield projects, familiarity with expense accounting, material inventory accounting, and fixed asset accounting in oilfield projects.
- – Familiarity with budgeting for funds.
- – Proficiency in English as a working language.
- – Graduation with a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and possession of an intermediate accountant certificate.
- – Strong ability to work under pressure.
