Job Summary
Accountant – Accounts Payable with Etisalat Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Handle timely and accurate payment of invoices, utilizing appropriate payment methods such as cheques, Cash, or wire transfers.
– Maintain relationships with vendors, address inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
– Reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
– Assist in the preparation of expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions.
– Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to accounts payable processes.
– Communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders regarding accounts payable matters.
– Prepaid expense reconciliation & maintaining its proper record.
– Booking Accruals, maintaining its proper record & their reversal on time.
– Any other tasks assigned by his/her seniors.
Job Requirements
