Job Description:

This position is expected to Provide day-to-day support to the Finance and Admin team and assist them with their duties. a proof of employment/ work certificate will be provided at the end of contract.

Generic Responsibilities:

A strong commitment to Street Childs vision, mission and values.

Adhere to all Street Child’s policies and procedures.

Able to represent Street Child appropriately both internally and externally.

Carry out all reasonable requests that are within the broad remit of the role.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist the Finance staff in documentation, tax filling forms and photocopying of financial documents.

Assist in the process of financial payments of invoices.

Assist in filling the finance documents for the month in proper order and sequence.

Asist in Scanning of finance documents and save them in proper order and sequence.

Any other task assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

Experience and Knowledge:

Bachelor or currently enrolled in a full-time University program prefferable last year student in Business Administration and finance field.

No practical experience is required. Although, experience in Admin/ Finance is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Fluency in English language and local languages Pashto and Dari.

Responsible, reliable, punctual and ability to multi-task.

Knowledge of archiving and filing.

Ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of Finance, Admin practices.

Good follow up and organizing skills.

Ability to Communicate with impact and respect.

Ability to Handle insecure environment.
