About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Service-Afghanistan):

Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

Since 2003 AKHS, A is implementing Healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan and Badakhshan provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary Healthcare, Preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. The current working modality and role of AKHS, A in Bamyan and Badakhshan provinces as BPHS and EPHS implementer. AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwifery.

AKHS, A tapped into internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary supports to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A scale up AKDN innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission.

Job Description:

Participating and performing secretarial services in the meetings of the leadership of the clinic (once a week).

رهبري مجالس هيت خريداري کلینیک وحصول اطمينان از اينکه تمام پروسه ريکارد گرديده و اسناد ان موجود باشد.

تعقيب از ريکارد نمودن روزمره مريضان (داخل بستر و سرپا).

حصول اطمينان از حفظ الصحه و پاکي عالي درکلینیک.

حصول اطمينان از جابجايي مواد باطله طبي کلینیک طبق رهنمود ملي.

حصول اطمينان از جمع اوري روزمره معلومات اساسي صحي (ارقام درمورد مريضان داخل بستر و سرپا؛ و ديپارتمنت ها و دستاورد هايشان).

حصول اطمينان از اينکه تمام اسناد مريضان داخل بستر دوسيه بندي گرديده و طوري تنظيم گرديد که دريافت دوباره آنها ساده باشد.

Management of related human resources (attendance, leave forms, attendance report, employment, etc.) accurately.

Ensuring the physical existence of clinic employees based on the attendance book and ensuring the existence of documents of employees who are introduced to training programs.

ایجاد هماهنګی با  بخش منابع بشری و بخش اداری دفتر مرکزی پروژه برای موًثریت امور مربوطه.

Updating the clinic’s inventory list immediately after every change or once every six months.

Keeping cash and ensuring its use.

اجراء تمام تاديات مالي بشکل دقيق و محتاطانه مطابق رهنمود ها ي مرکزي و ولايتي ثبت اسناد نمايند.

Arrangement of monthly financial report on time.

Ensuring that guidelines are followed.

حد اقل دو ساله تجربه کاري در بخش اداري (خصوصاً اداری شفاخانه ها).

Honest and trustworthy.

تسلط بر زبان هاي دري و پشتو ترجيحآ اشنايي با لسان انگليسي.

آشنايي با کمپيوتر.

Specific achievements in 12 months of work:

مدیریت امور مالي و منابع بشري و اداری کلینیک مطابق نورم ها و ستاندرد هاي وضع شده انجام پذيرفته است.

حفظ الصحه و پاکي عالي کلینیک مراعات گردیده است.

Indicators for measuring the efficiency and performance of the task :

ريکارد هاي تمام مريضان داخل بستر به صورت بسيار منظم آن نگهداري و خانه پري شده است.

دوازده گزارش مالي ماهوار در طي سال گذشته ترتيب گرديده است، اسناد صحي و غیر صحي کلینیک تکمیل میباشد.

The monthly, six-monthly and annual financial reports of Tawheed have been submitted to the clinic manager.

Records of all meetings and boards of the clinic.
