Description:
In accordance with international auditing standards, Action For Humanity/Syaria Relief/Turkey is seeking a respectable auditing firm to do an annual audit for Turkey and Syria Operations for the annual financial statements of the fiscal year from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024 (ISA).
The following requirements must be met by the audit:
1**. The audit’s goals and parameters:
The audit’s goals are to report on the effectiveness of internal control systems and to provide a judgment on the financial statements’ fairness in relation to the relevant financial reporting framework.
The audit’s scope include the examination of the audited entity’s financial statements, internal control systems, and other pertinent records and documents.
2. Methodology for auditing:
The International Standards on Auditing shall be followed when conducting the audit. The audit team will conduct the audit with appropriate professionalism, independence, and objectivity.
3. Procedures for audits:
The audit team will carry out the required steps to gather adequate and pertinent audit evidence, such as:
substantive processes, such examining supporting paperwork and checking transactions and balances.
tests of controls, including assessing how well internal controls are working. The audit team will also carry out any additional tasks required to meet the goals and parameters of the audit.
4. Reporting:
In compliance with the relevant financial reporting structure, the audit team will provide an audit report that includes their assessment of the financial statements. The scope, methodology, and key findings of the audit will also be included in the audit report.
Should the audit team discover any substantial noncompliance or severe gaps in internal control,
They will report these findings to the Country Director, who will take the appropriate action to address the flaws and weaknesses found with laws and regulations or other important topics.
