The overall objective of the Sinergia+ project is to generate management processes that strengthen CONANP and enable it to become a results-based planning institution, with strong financial resources and
effective governance mechanisms and strategic alliances, contributing to increasing connectivity between
representative ecosystems to safeguard their biodiversity and ecological balance.
The Sinergia+ project has four strategic outcomes: 1) Institutional Efficiency; 2) Governance,
Citizen Participation, and Collaboration Networks; 3) Ecological Representation and Connectivity; 4) Strategic Projects.
Within the framework of the Sinergia+ Project, the person to be hired will carry out the following activities to collaborate
with the areas belonging to the Administration and Finance Directorate of the National Commission of Protected Natural Areas, to meet their requirements, fulfilling the goals and functions
established both by CONANP and by the projects in which the institution participates.
This position contributes to the achievement of goals of Outcome 1 “Institutional Strengthening”.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct technical and administrative diagnoses on the legal, physical, and occupancy status of federal properties.
- Integrate databases of unoccupied properties in use or in the process of regularization.
- Monitor the processing of procedures before the Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Secretariat, the Institute for the Administration and Appraisal of National Assets (INDAABIN), the National Agrarian Registry, the Local Cadastre, and other agencies, in coordination with the administrative units.
- Verify that the documentation complies with the requirements established by INDAABIN and other regulatory bodies.
- Integrate technical sheets, plans, reports, and descriptive reports of properties owned by CONANP, as well as those leased.
- Prepare an annual work plan for regularizing property registration with the relevant entities, in coordination with the administrative units involved.
Institutional Agreement:
The hired individual will work under the direct technical supervision of the Administration and
Finance Department, as well as the General Coordinator of the Sinergia+ Project.

Minimum Academic Requirements:
- High school certificate is required.
- First-level university studies (bachelor’s degree) in Law, Public Administration, or similar fields will be favorably considered but are not a requirement.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- For candidates with a high school certificate, 6 years
of experience are required, and for candidates with first-level university studies (bachelor’s degree) in the aforementioned careers, 3 years of experience are required in: Federal Public Administration, real estate, property appraisals.
Required Skills:
- Preparation of quality reports
- Administrative knowledge, database design
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge and experience in: legal regularization, change of use, and acquisition
of real estate.
