The Nangarhar Valley Agricultural Emirate Company (Canal) is an agricultural project whose initial survey and design works began in 1984 and were completed in 1952. 1. Design and arrange monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans to achieve the department’s anticipated goals.
2. Design detailed plans of various departments taking into account the priorities and finalize the detailed plan of the relevant department.
3. Planning the design of the vegetable and horticultural sector, nurseries, and forests as directed by the relevant manager, taking into account the relevant laws and regulations.
4. Implementation of relevant norms during project design.
5. Expressing professional opinion on the design plans of other departments of the Nangarhar Valley Agricultural Department.
6. Expressing opinions in criticizing detailed plans at the private sector level, taking into account national and international standards.
7. Arranging corrective plans, design and planning for scientific and practical use.
8. Performing other duties assigned by authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the department.

•    At least a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Project Management and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, and a higher degree is preferred.
•    Having the ability to manage, direct, plan and organize.
•    Having competence and worthiness, good character and good reputation.
•    Proficiency in one of the official languages ​​(Dari or Pashto) and familiarity (writing and speaking) in English.
•    Computer skills in task-related applications.
