About Afghan Cart State-owed corporation:
The Afghan Card State Company was established and started operating in 1357 based on Decree No. (1214) dated 08/14/1357 of the then government in the framework of the Ministry of Trade under the name Khalq Import and Export Company. It is not, and later in 1359, under the name of Afghan Mixed Joint Stock Company, it changed its identity card according to the approved statute number (766) dated 5/16/1372 to 9/30/1399 in the framework of the honorable Ministry of Industry and Trade. 27) dated 09/18/1399, the Cabinet of the Republic, when the company’s statute number (2665) 09/30/1399 was approved into (5) chapter and (55) article called Afghan Card State Company and it operates under the framework of the honorable Ministry of Finance.
Job Description:
The purpose of the task : monitoring and planning all the business affairs of the company, keeping in mind the laws in force to achieve the company’s goals
Specialized duties:
- Investigating and analyzing the company’s business situation and arranging the company’s strategic business plan, plan;
- planning, compiling and supervising commercial contracts;
- planning and organizing plans, programs and strategies for marketing, market analysis, buying and selling commercial property, branding and other business matters;
- Plan, arrange and review agreements and business plans for investment and purchase and sale of commercial property and other business affairs;
- Identifying suitable opportunities for investment, business, buying and selling property and partnering with the head office and vice president of business;
- Preparation and analysis of proposals from the private sector for commercial transactions through public-private partnerships (PPP) and business growth.
- Arranging and presenting proposals for the company’s entry into the market and also increasing the ability to compete with the private sector.
- Full knowledge of databases (SAP/Odoo) and international business systems.
- Plan and arrange business guidelines to increase revenue and profitability and reduce business risks;
- Identifying and identifying business risks, market risks and financial risks in terms of business for the company;
- Analyzing competitors to gain more market share, identifying and developing business based on the behavior of applicants;
- Arranging and giving presentations about the company’s business issues to interested parties and participating in the company’s board of directors meeting.
Management duties:
- Preparation and arrangement of monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan of the company to achieve the set goals of the company;
- Transferring professional skills and work flow training to commercial employees and organizing workshops and seminars if needed;
- Submitting monthly, quarterly, annual and when necessary reports on activities and achievements to the competent authority;
- Implementation of other duties assigned by the competent authority in accordance with the laws, regulations and the company’s articles of association.
Coordination duties:
- Providing communication and coordination with relevant departments and departments for the advancement of the company’s business affairs;
- Establishing lasting communication with various organizations in the field of all business affairs of the company.
Job Requirements:
Employment conditions (level of education and work experience).
1- Education degree: at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields ( business, international business, administration and business ) and master’s and doctorate degrees are preferred.
2- Work experience: at least (7) years for a bachelor’s degree, ( 5 ) years for a master’s degree and ( 3 ) years for a doctorate related to the task, but more experience is preferred.
3- Necessary skills: knowledge of both the official languages of the country (Dari or Pashto) and proficiency in English and the ability to use office computer programs related to the task.
