To deliver standard business support processes to facilitate effective HR service delivery.

1.    Support processing and managing national staff recruitment, e.g.-
•    Prepare and publish vacancy announcements, ensuring supervisor and Hiring Manager clearance is obtained prior to posting.
•    Longlist candidates and inform Hiring Managers for shortlisting.
•    Organize written assessments and interviews. Assist and represent HR in the interview.
•    Draft Notes for the Record etc
2.    Support processing and managing national staff onboarding (e.g.- collection and verification of joining documents/certificates, administrative and medical clearances process etc),
3.    Support in staff separation processes (e.g.-preparing separation memos, exit interviews, separation clearance, maintaining separation tracker etc) to contribute to the effective and timely management of the process.
4.    Organize induction and buddy setup in the first week for new joiners.
5.    Take responsibility for the maintenance of set standard systems and files, to ensure information is accurate and readily available for the function.
6.    Support e-filing project to organize and rename files following audit requirements.
7.    Take responsibility for data integrity to facilitate availability of accurate information in corporate systems.
8.    Gather information with clear direction to support the drafting of documents and preparing reports by other staff.
9.    Work with a variety of individuals, taking on feedback where appropriate to assist in business support delivery for staff.
10.    Facilitate ID card issuance from HR action points and verification of information.
11.    Assist in monthly overtime computation (e.g. compilation and verification of data).
12.    Produce a range of HR administrative letters/documents/certificats (e.g. LOI, NOC etc)
13.    Any other HR administrative support as required.

Requirements:

Education:    Completion of Graduation in Human Resources Management or relevant subject.

Experience:    Four (4) or more years of progressively responsible work experience in the relative HR business stream

Language:    Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Bangla.
