Job Summary
The Casting Coordinator facilitates casting for different projects, coordinating auditions, scheduling callbacks, and supporting casting directors and production teams. They manage talent logistics and assist in administrative tasks, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Casting Characters, Audiences, and participants for different shows.
• Finding appropriate locations for shows and liaising with show producers for further actions.
• Prepare and sign contracts with Drama Characters, Location Contractors, and Participants.
• Liaising with the responsible show producer for a list of callbacks.
• Call back all characters, Participants, and Audiences for shows as and when required.
• Verify and maintain documentation related to characters.
• Improve the casting database and ensure we have a strong database for various roles.
• Update the casting database daily.
• Liaise with all relevant departments for arranging test screens for various roles.
• Making all TV promotions along with the Graphic and Edit team for casting purposes.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
• Contact agents directly to source ideal actors
• Prepare casting budget with the help of accountants
• Study script to understand all speaking roles
Job Requirements
• High school diploma with at least one year of experience in a relevant field.
• Have Computer knowledge, and proficiency with MS. Office programs.
• Ability to control and lead a team
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Dari, Pashto, and English.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and ability to make decisions.
