Job Description:
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweeping and cleaning of Office, Guest House and CD Apartment rooms as per need including the window glasses. Washing of CD Apartment Veranda twice a weak
Sweeping and cleaning of office rooms, guest house and the house of the president along with cleaning of glass windows as required. Cleaning and washing of both houses of the president twice a week.
- Wash and iron the curtains, glass sheet and clean all the rooms of guesthouse.
Washing and ironing curtains, window coverings, and cleaning all guest rooms in the office.

- To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, windowsills, and external surfaces of cupboards, shelves and fitment of the designated rooms.
- Dusting, damp cleaning, washing or polishing office furniture, edges, window sills and exterior surfaces of cabinets, shelves and furniture in designated rooms.
- To Make tea and washing of Teacup for all Staff in the Morning and afternoon if it was need it.
Preparing tea for employees in the morning and following it up in the afternoon by washing tea glasses in the morning
- To clean toilets, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking water purifier in guesthouse and office.
Cleaning toilets, sinks, kitchen sinks, bathrooms, showers, and drinking water dispensers in guest houses and offices.
- Check the anti-fire balloons and share the report with line manager on weekly basis. To ensure the office bulbs are in place and active.
Checking fire extinguishers and reporting to the relevant supervisor weekly, ensuring that office groups are active and organized.

- To has knowledge cooking for Staff during the working hours.
Ability to cook food for office employees
- Cleaning of the rooms in guest house and replenish consumable items (hand wash liquid, toilet rolls, tissue paper etc…) for guest house and office.
Cleaning guest rooms and refilling consumables (toilet paper, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) for the guest house and office.
- To ensure that all rooms are heated in winter.
Keeping rooms warm in winter.
- To assist the cook when required in the preparation of meals and cleaning up.
Assisting the cook, if needed, with food preparation and cleaning.
- Report the activities on weekly basis.
Reporting on activities weekly.
- Any other official tasks assigned by the line manager.
Perform any other official duties assigned by the commander.

Qualification & Experience: Qualification and experience

Having an elementary education and graduating from 12th grade is also desirable.
