- Minimum 02 years of working experience in development organizations as a frontline position like Volunteer/Community Mobilizer, etc.
- Residents of Mongla (Chila, Sundarban, Burirdanga, Mithakhali, Suniltala, Mongla Port Paurashava) and Rampal (Hurka, Rajnagar) upazila or having experience/willingness of working in that area.
- Candidates who have disaster management and livelihoods-related working experience in Bagherhat, will get preference.
- Experience in asset-based livelihood development for vulnerable households.
- Experience working within the NGO context at the community level.
- Proficiency in both Bengali and English.
