Role Overview Summary
The consultant will carry out a thorough review of the health partnership potential and health situation in Bangladesh, which will help identify areas for in-depth analysis and findings that will inform VSO’s future health programming in Bangladesh.
The expected length of the contract is estimated to be a maximum of 8 to 10 days. The consultancy should be completed ideally before mid-March 2024.
Ideal Applicant Summary
We are looking for a consultant with extensive experience in the health sector and networks with key organisations in the health sector in Bangladesh.
The ideal consultant should have at least 7 years’ experience in Public Health, Primary Health Care, particularly in Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health [SRMNCAH] and Health Systems Strengthening in Bangladesh.
Due to the nature of the review that needs to be carried out, candidates based in Bangladesh, preferably in Dhaka, will be considered for this role.
