Consulting Objectives:
Develop, pilot, implement, monitor, and systematize digital solutions tailored to the needs of food systems and in support of food and nutritional security.

Develop, pilot, implement, monitor, and systematize digital solutions tailored to the needs of food systems and in support of food and nutritional security.
Activities to be developed:
Coordinate the implementation of the Farm2Go application within the framework of WFP’s projects supporting food systems. Monitor and systematize results and propose actions to improve the tool and its application. Identify national entities with the potential to manage and scale the application. Identify needs for digital solutions to support food systems. Identify existing digital solutions and, once adapted to the context, pilot, monitor, and systematize their implementation. Develop necessary digital tools and pilot, monitor, and systematize their implementation. Identify and establish partnerships with national and international stakeholders for the development, piloting, implementation, monitoring, and systematization of digital solutions. Advise on the development of strategic proposals that contribute to the financing of activities in this area. Coordinate with other WFP areas on the integration of activities. Systematize processes and results and contribute to their dissemination. Prepare any other documents, reports, and/or recommendations as required.
Required skills : Solid and broad knowledge of IT, data management and related national policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
University graduate in computer science, computer science, or other related fields.
Experience:
Five years of graduate experience with professional experience in digital solutions and tools. Experience using digital tool design systems and applications, databases, and other related tools. This experience must have been acquired entirely or largely in Cuba.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills : Knowledge of PMA administrative rules and regulations, and PMA policies and procedures for the work area.
Knowledge:
Strong and extensive knowledge of digital solutions and tools. Experience using digital tool and application design systems, databases, and other related tools.
Language: Working knowledge (Proficiency/Level C) and fluency in spoken and written Spanish . Basic knowledge of English.
