Job Description:
This position will be responsible for providing food to the Intersos staffs as well as of the cleanness and hygiene of the INTERSOS kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily cook the lunch.
- Procure the grocery for the lunch preparation.
- Manage the daily cost and payments for lunch and ensure balance with the cost of the groceries.
- Ensure the hygienic and safely storage of the food and manage the refreshments stock.
- Prevent wastage.
- Keep the kitchen and its equipment clean.
- Respect the schedule and frequency of each cleaning task.
- Use appropriate cleaning products with appropriate dosage for appropriate usages ensuring health & safety regulations at all times.
- Provide consumables when needed in needed quantities as the right place, such as toilet paper, soap, dish washing liquid, sponges.
- Report to the manager the needed materials or consumables on a weekly basis to avoid shortages.
- Indicate to the manager any identified need for maintenance.
Provide support for any other task as requested by the supervisor and the departmental head.
