Job Summary

The Cook at Moby Afghanistan will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for staff and guests according to the established menu and dietary guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Food preparation for office staff and managers

• Distribute food to all staff and managers.

• prepares food boxes for outstripping groups

• communicates effectively with other kitchen staff

• Manage Food For all outside programs

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

• Practice cost-cutting measures

• Handle equipment, appliances, small wares, supplies, and tools

• Manage and control kitchen and dining hall Janitor works.

• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

·        High School graduate

·        2-4 years of work experience in relevant field.

·        Ability to cook different Afghani and other dishes.

·        Ability to handle a high load of work.

·        Ability to work if needed on holiday or any event

·        Ability to follow oral and written instructions

·        Good team player

·        Ability to manage a team
