Job Summary
Coordinator Flagship with Etisalat Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensures proper supervision is in place for his assigned point of sales to meet Etisalat Afghanistan standards.
• Maintains good customer service & relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction level.
• Shows confidence and believes in his own capacity to achieve results and tackle problems.
• Identifies the actions and behavior with the needs and priorities of the Sales & works within the framework of procedures, planning, and monitoring.
• Encourages team members to express their views and ideas and invests time in building team spirit and a friendly working environment.
• Understands the needs of customers and gives priority to customers by ensuring their needs are met.
• Prepares & provides reports on customer feedback to direct sales hierarchy in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper implementation of pre-approved processes & procedures in his relevant point of sales.
• Ensures proper management of his relevant tasks to prevent fraud-related matters.
• Maintains positive results for his relevant point of sales CVPA (Cost Value Profit Analysis) report.
• Supervises his point of sales team members by ensuring decent performance and providing feedback where necessary to mitigate the gaps.
• Maintains strong working knowledge about products and services and offers technical support and information to his team members.
• Ensures its relevant point of sales achieves its sales targets in terms of SIM sales, Top Up & Gross revenue.
• Maintains proper punctuality & discipline at the point of sales to sustain customer flow management.
• Ensures zero discrepancies for his point of sales daily reconciliation report before sharing it with finance.
• Prepares the required reports for his point of sales as per direct sales hierarchy requirements by ensuring timely submission before the due date.
• Collaborates with the Sr. Supervisor Flagship for the completion of direct sales assigned tasks by the Manager Direct Sales.
