Job Summary

Kabul Skyscraper Services “KSS” is hiring Customer Service Point Representatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers or prospective client and inquire about client visit.
  • Provide the customers or prospective client with requested and necessary information according the company policies and procedure.
  • Provide service of Activation, SIM swap, contract change, and etc., to customers aligned with procedures and policies.
  • Ensure that internal procedure is effectively communicated with customers in order to insure good quality service delivered in CSP.
  • Receive filter and transfer immediate complaints to concern person or department
  • Receiving and collection of payments for the transections, performing cash deposit on deadline and keep stock safe and out of miss calculation.
  • Prepare and provide of cash and stock reports on daily weekly and monthly base to direct supervisor.
  • Give customer information about the product and services of the company.
  • Answering the client or customer’s questions about properly using or accessing a product or service.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • High School Graduated Bachelor is preferred.

Job Requirements.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service (preferable in telecom companies)
  • Good interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
  • Computer Working Skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Required Languages (English, Dari and Pashto)
