Our team of more than 7,000 staff and local volunteers work in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, providing Health and Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education and Livelihoods programming that creates the foundation for community resilience.

We do this by working with local actors to develop safe and inclusive local programming that is evidence based, conflict sensitive, climate smart, and reaches those in need.

Relief International is an alliance of four organizations with one shared mission, comprised of Relief International, Inc., Relief International-France, Relief International-UK and Relief International-Europe, which operate under a one-team concept under a single senior leadership team.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain supply chain data, including inventory levels, procurement records, supplier performance, and logistics data.
  • Manage the monthly consumption and reporting of LMIS data in the m-supply
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track supply chain KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, lead times, stock levels, supplier reliability).
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
  • Forecast and maintain inventory levels, minimize excess and expired inventory, assist with inventory counts, and capture inventory discrepancies and purchase order variances to ensure accurate system inventory at all times
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Support supply chain planning and forecasting processes with timely and accurate data.
  • Maintain and improve the functionality of m-supply, LMIS, or other digital tools used in supply management.
  • Develop and document procedures for data entry, data validation, and reporting standards of pharmaceutical
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure materials and supplies are ordered and delivered on time
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and best practices of pharmaceutical management.
  • Any other duty or responsibility

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, pharmacy, or related field with At least 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience in m-supply or managing data in the health supply chain would be an added advantage.
  • Work experience with other health organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work and deal successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English and Proficient in local
