Job Summary

Configuration network management, Upgrading IOS of different technologies, Analyzing and monitoring each customer link inbound and outbound traffic, and other related tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

·      Installing, configuring, operating and troubleshooting LAN, WAN.

·      Configuring routing protocols, like: RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP.

·      Configuring MPLS, VRF, VPLS, VSI.

·      Configuring and managing different series switches of Cisco, ZTE and Huawei.

Prepare procedures and technical documentations for network troubleshooting and design.

·      Upgrading IOS of different technologies such as, Cisco, Huawei and ZTE routers and switches.

·      Configuration network management i.e. backup / restore

·      Monitoring network using NMS tools, like: PRTG, Zabbix, Cacti, LibreNMS.

·      Installing and configuring the server for different purposes.

·      Integrating L2 customers based on the document.

·      Integrating 2G, 3G and LTE based on the document.

·      Integrating all Backbone uplinks with the required and needed Bandwidth.

·      Analyzing and monitoring each site traffic.

·      Analyzing and monitoring each customer link inbound and outbound traffic.

·      Providing solution for containing complains regarding voice.

·      Taking each complaint as profound about data service.

·      Configuring static/ default routing.

·      Configuring VLAN, VLAN types and VLAN usage.

·      Familiarity with STP, VTP, VTP Pruning, CDP, LLDP, ACL, PPP. SNMP.

·      Configuring Load balancing protocols, like: VRRP, HSRP, GLBP.

·      Troubleshooting the network and network elements with a proper report.

·      Security aspect, implement IPsec VPN configuration, port security.

·      In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix network platform and Firewall.

·      Travel to provinces in the region for node installation, deployment, dismantling.

·      Travel to district, province and other region for new project deployment/troubleshooting.

·      Travel to visit the HUB-site in case of any issue whether it is day or night.

·      Staying on night shift to deal with network service and support other teams.

·      Any other tasks assign by his line manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

·      Education: Minimum bachelor degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Networking, and ICTI is required.

·      Experience: Minimum two years of relevant experience for bachelor degree and one-year relevant experience for master degree holder is required.

Skills Required:

·      Be CCNA Certified

·      CCNP will be preferable.
