Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO) is registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan. The organization was informally established in 2012 and officially registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013. ASLO was awarded registration number 2852 by the NGOs Department of the Ministry of Economy, Kabul, Afghanistan.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that the vehicles are fully operational according to the registration assigned to him.
2. Proper and responsible use of relevant vehicles to preserve, maintain, and prevent premature wear and tear.
3. Follow all traffic rules while driving to avoid traffic accidents.
4. Stopping and parking vehicles after completing official duties in a designated location to prevent disorder in the relevant office premises.
5. Delivery and return of spare parts of vehicles that are being renewed for the purpose of further processing and implementation.
6. Maintaining relevant documents such as driving permits, licenses, and circulation booklets to better organize their driving affairs.
7. Submitting reports on vehicle requirements such as lubricants, spare parts, etc. to the transportation management for the purpose of replenishing and ensuring the vehicles are operational.
8. Comply with and ensure the implementation of the Administrative Procedures Law, the Law on the Prohibition of Harassment of Women and Children, the Code of Conduct and the Code of Ethics of the Department in the relevant work area.
Performing other duties assigned to him by the authorities in accordance with the regulations and objectives of the department .
