Job Description:

  1. Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Intern will support the preparation and management of RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client requirements while working night shifts. The role focuses on maintaining accurate proposal documentation, vendor communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality and timely submissions. Selected candidates will receive  training from our experienced team to help them excel in this role.

  1. Responsibilities:
    • Review and interpret RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs to fully understand client requirements and ensure product/service proposals are compliant.
    • Prepare and submit RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs to vendors and suppliers to solicit pricing, product details, and additional information required for proposal preparation.
    • Maintain accurate records of all RFQ, RFP, and RFI submissions and responses, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with all stakeholders.
    • Research and evaluate vendors, products, and services to assess their suitability and alignment with proposal requirements.
    • Review product specifications, pricing, and features to ensure the most competitive and compliant offerings are included in proposals.
    • Ensure that all product-related information is accurate and that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are aligned with client expectations.
    • Proofread proposals to ensure that there are no errors in product details or pricing that could impact the success of the proposal.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, finance, and operations) to ensure product information, technical details, and pricing are accurate and compliant.
    • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather product specifications, quotes, and additional information required for proposal submissions.
    • Organize and maintain proposal documents, ensuring proper version control and documentation for all RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Track and manage proposal deadlines to ensure timely submission of all materials related to product specifications and proposals.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, BBA, or related field is required, and Master’s Degree is preferred.
  1. Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field is required
  1. Language: 
  • Proficiency in both national languages and Fluent in English language is MUST
  1. Skills:
    • Espert and professional in Computer Skills
    • Able to Work the night shift
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, care for relationships at all levels
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business goals
    • Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Cooperative and team-working skills
  • Being flexible regarding working hours
  • Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker
