The Education Technical Advisor is responsible for growing to scale VSO’s Inclusive and Resilient Education Programme Impact and Influence in Rwanda. The role will lead in evidence-based technical programmes design (adopting integrated programming) and engagements to deepen education programme impact, position VSO as education technical lead nationwide, influence education programme and policy reforms and nurture strategic partnerships for education for all children. The role will lead in building and nurturing national education strategic partnership align including government, multi-laterals (UNICEF, UNESCO, GPE etc), bi-laterals (FCDO, USAID), NGOs (international and local) and academic institutions.
