About HHRD:
Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) is a global humanitarian relief and development organization responding to human sufferings in emergency and disaster situations anywhere all over the world regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, color, cultural diversity and social background.
HHRD Afghanistan (Regional Office of Helping Hand USA) got registered as an international INGO in February 2014 with the number of (402) with the ministry of economy in the Islamic republic of Afghanistan to serve Afghan destitute families all over Afghanistan, HHRD needs two trainers, one English language trainer and one computer trainer for the vocational training center in Qlai Najara area of Kabul province, each trainer will receive 13500AFN monthly salary.
Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Advising student on career issues.
Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to students.
Evaluating a students’ class work and assignments.
Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
Classroom management.
Developing English lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum.
Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
Job Requirements:
- B.A of English literature for English trainer
- BCs or Two years diploma in Computer science for computer trainer
- At least Two years proven teaching experience.
- Previous teaching experience with HHRD would be an asset
- Good communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English and Dari typing and speaking
