Job Description:
HHRD Afghanistan (Regional Office of Helping Hand USA) got registered as an international INGO in February 2014 with the number of (402) with the ministry of economy in the Islamic republic of Afghanistan to serve Afghan destitute families all over Afghanistan, HHRD Afghanistan needs one English Trainer for its skills development and livelihood center in Qalae Najara center of Kabul, the candidate will receive 13500 AFN monthly .
Job Requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a pre-assessments to determine student’s level of English knowledge.
- Assign homework to the class with regular follow up to ensure students do the homework.
- Advise student on career issues.
- Organize and deliver classroom lectures to students.
- Evaluate a students’ class work and assignments.
- Prepare classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
- Record and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
- Manage classroom management.
- Develop English lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom.
- Create a fix classroom schedule for the students.
- Create a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
