Job Description:
The Enumerator will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Conduct assessments of target districts in selected provinces according to the sample size as stipulated in the Kobo/Comcare forms.
- Collect quantitative and/or qualitative data provided by the MERL Department.
- Follow procedures and protocols in collecting and recording data.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
- Conduct follow-up interviews as necessary to obtain missing or incomplete data.
- Utilize electronic devices to record data.
- Follow and implement guidance/instruction provided by the Quality Assurance Supervisor and the Senior Data Officer.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Be available to work a schedule that is flexible, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Travel to the field /villages as assigned and conduct interviews.
- Perform any other necessary tasks assigned by the Senior Data Officer.
- Attend Kobo/Comcare training and learn how to use Tablets/Smartphones for data collection.
Job Requirements:
- Two years of experience in MEAL & data collection specifically FGD, KII, and HH surveys.
- Ability to frequently travel to the program’s target communities.
- Good written communication skills in English, excellent Pashto, or Dari language skills
- Experience in conducting surveys.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- University Graduate.
- Experience with Smartphone/ Kobo or Comcare/ tablet data collection.
