Job Descriptions:

  • Daily Management Support: Assist the President in handling daily affairs, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and document management. Ensure the President operates efficiently and stays engaged in their work.
  • Communication Coordination: Responsible for effective communication between the President and internal/external stakeholders. Manage information from various departments and coordinate with other senior management.
  • Document and Report Handling: Manage and prepare documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring the President is well-prepared for decision-making and communication.

 

  • Meeting Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring their efficient flow and following up on post-meeting action items.
  • Project Management: Assist the President in managing strategic projects for the company, ensuring projects progress according to plan and tracking project developments.
  • Information Gathering and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze information related to the company’s strategy, competitors, and industry, providing decision support for the President.
  • Administrative Affairs Handling: Help the President manage administrative affairs including document management, scheduling, phone coordination, etc.
  • Problem Solving: Under the President’s guidance, participate in resolving internal and external challenges, offering suggestions and support.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ work experience of being an executive president assistant or administrative assistant.
  •  Experience with living, studying, and working overseas is a must.
  •  Bilingual-Chinese, English, or Pushto /Dari.
  •  Proficiency in English as a working language.
  •  With excellent interpreting and negotiation skills.
  • Graduation with a bachelor’s in business administration, Conference Interpreting or Translation.
  •  Strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills are needed for managing workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to produce accurate work.
  • Excellent to work in a multi-cultural environment.
