The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Job Description:

Main duties and responsibilities

    • Technical and administrative responsibilities of all services of this health center
  • Implementation of regulations set in the hospital
  • Cooperation with the general administration, registration and treatment of clients and patients
  • Providing preventive and treatment services for patients and diagnosis and treatment according to national standards
  • Diagnosis and treatment of outpatients and inpatients
  • Detailed observations and completion of necessary examinations to reach the final diagnosis
  • Participation in the design and implementation of training during the execution of duties for hospital employees
  • Active participation in the process of monitoring the work of hospital staff and strengthening their professional knowledge to improve the quality of work
  • . • Providing health education to patients during examination and diagnosis.
  • Timely identification of mixing events and returning them to advanced services
  • Efforts to increase the level of professional knowledge and strengthen their professional skills and national guidelines in the field of quality health services                                                                                                                                        
  • Registration and maintenance of related reports and documents
  • Active participation in obtaining child and maternal health indicators
  • Participation in meetings, conferences and trainings
  •  Rapid identification and reporting of problems that prevent the achievement of goals

Job Requirements:

Language requirements, if needed

Can speak national and local languages

Qualifications required

Graduated from one of the registered medical universities

A referral is made to a gynecologist and obstetrician

Work experience

Have 5 years of work experience in the package of basic health services and hospital services

Skills

Basic knowledge of the principles of child and mother immunity

Ability to prepare, adapt and obtain plans
