Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Stakeholder coordination, Field management and Data management.
- Academic and/or work experience related to research field in development sector specially livelihood and agri-food market sector.
- Sound knowledge on research methodology and basic knowledge of data management is mandatory.
- Profound experience in conducting household survey, market survey, stakeholder survey, PRA, FGD and case study.
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skill.Strong verbal, written and presentation skill in English.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and coordinate of all field works according to the procedure and protocols of the project.
- Excellent planning and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Arrange and conduct enumerators/mobilizers training program on data collection methodology and tools, community mobilization and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate among all stakeholders including field level actors to funding agency.
- Monitoring and supervision field survey, meetings and ensure the quality of data.
- Supervise and monitor the survey team and ensure quality of data.
- Other related assigned tasks as per project management.
