Responsibilities & Context
Dustha Swasthya Kendra (DSK) has been conducting developmental and socio-economic activities for the poor people in urban and rural areas of Bangladesh since 1988. DSK is certified by Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) (Certificate No-369). DSK has been running micro credit programs since 1993 in collaboration with Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), commercial banks and other donor agencies. DSK invites applications from eligible candidates for conducting loan program:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To properly implement the loan program at the field level as per the loan rules of the Destitute Health Center (DSK).
- Admission of members, collection of savings, disbursement of loans and collection of disbursed loan installments as per target.
- Conducting at least 2-3 associations per day 5 days a week Weekly/Monthly 15-18 associations.
- After completing the field level work, 100% of the receivables should be conveyed to the Assistant Branch Manager.
- Making proper postings in all types of accounting software related to loan operations and ensuring its accuracy.
- Regular attendance at weekly/monthly meetings and preparation of necessary reports.
- Organizing and conducting meetings/trainings to increase income generation and awareness activities at association level.
- Involvement in any form of sexual misconduct (sexual exploitation, sexual harassment and sexual abuse) will adopt a zero-tolerance policy and will take disciplinary action in accordance with the employment rules.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Salary and Allowances: Total monthly salary is Tk 27,570. Salary 22,450/- (Basic Salary 10,200/-, House Rent 75% (7,650/-), Medical Allowance 2,000/- and Traveling Allowance 2,600/-), and Other Allowances 5,120/- (Special Allowance 1,500/-, Field Travel Allowance 2,000/-, Mobile & Internet Allowance 500/-, Health Care Allowance 100/- and PF (Organization) 1,020/-).
- Other benefits: Bi Utsav Allowance, Baisakhi Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earned Leave Allowance, Healthcare and other benefits will be applicable.

Application Conditions:
