Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Experience Finances & Accounts in the sector of WASH Response.
- Medium in English (written/verbal).
- Ability to work under limited supervision – Dynamism.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist to select and negotiate with local service providers, within the established financial parameters.
- Assist to ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closure of accounts, including bank reconciliation, bank statement and other related documentation and submit reports to headquarters as per prescribed deadlines.
- Assist to implement financial policies, procedure and requirement and ensure all financial activities are in accordance with organization and donor guidelines.
- Assist to budget Analysis and disbursement as per Project budget activity line and Prepare month- wise expenditure plan in consultation with Project Team Leader.
- Assist to maintain proper cash control.
- Maintain books of accounts and other financial documents.
- Assist to closely monitor financial activities of the project.
- Check and verify bills and provide payments.
- Verify all types of financial transactions at random basis.
