Job Description:
Specific Tasks/Activities
• The Cleaner shall conduct cleaning activities, provide support to the Ru-WatSP team
• Taking care of the CLTS Office/rental Office
• Facilitate visitors entrance to the office
• Prepare Tea/Coffee/fast food for staff when required
• Taking care of the fixed assets which are at office include cleaning and servicing
• Ensure to response to the staff members in case of any needs related to the job;
• Keeps office room floors, surfaces, furniture, walls, doors, windows, carpets cleaned and in Hygienic way.
Project reporting
– Office is clean and hygienic and support provided to the team
– Office is protected and safe
– Visitors assisted and guided
– Staff served with tea and coffee
– Fixed Assets are clean and ready for use
– Staff needs are responded
– Office and office equipment are cleaned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
· Primary or secondary school education;
· Experience with national/international organizations;
· At least one to two years of progressively responsible cleaning experience;
· Ability to remain focused when under pressure with a commitment to work hard and for long hours.
