The Afghan Red Crescent Society, founded in 1934, is an independent and humanitarian organization recognized by the Afghan government as a charitable and impartial institution for government agencies. The Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) plays a significant role in providing voluntary services and humanitarian assistance. According to the law and the statutes, the National Society conducts its activities in accordance with its seven principles: philanthropy, impartiality, independence, voluntary service, unity and inclusiveness. Among other things, the National Society is tasked with assisting affected communities, providing emergency shelter and distributing relief items to vulnerable people. Through a network of 7 regional zones and 34 provincial offices, with over 20,000 trained staff and volunteers, the ARCS works in partnership with national and international organizations at the country level to alleviate humanitarian suffering. Over the past decades, the ARCS has managed to maintain its impartiality and enjoys a reputation that enables its teams to carry out principled humanitarian actions across conflict lines, including in large parts of areas controlled by armed opposition groups. 1. Cooking and preparing foreign and domestic foods (especially Afghan and Arabic foods)
2. Qabili cooking, salands and all local domestic food
3. Cooking Mento and Ashok, Samosa, German Rolls in the right and delicious way
4. Preparing and decorating any type of seasonal salad, fruit salad, and dessert with local and international flavors
5. Prepare any type of porridge, pudding, and jelly in different designs.
6. Preparing any type of Dashi and Shinwari grilled kebab
7. Controlling and checking the raw material warehouse and tracking it for purchase.
8. Must always wear the kitchen uniform and match it with his/her colleagues.
9. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of food and the work environment
10. Monitor and control the health and safety of food.
11. Control and management of employees under influence
12. Good behavior and treatment of colleagues and employees
13. Carrying out other matters assigned by the responsible person.

• Graduated from 12th grade, or sufficiently literate to read and write.
• Work experience in domestic and foreign institutions.
• Experience cooking in restaurants, hotels, and large institutions.
• The chef’s work experience was between 4 and 8 years.
• Salary is determined based on work experience and skills.
• A food test and blood test will be taken before employment.
• A vacation is planned.
