Hand Embroidery Trainer (Re Announced)

(JRS), founded in 1980, is an international organization with a mission to accompany, serve, and defend the rights of forcibly displaced people. JRS facilitates involvement by individuals and communities and promotes regional and global co-operation and networking on behalf of refugees.

• The embroidery Trainer will register the women through proper filing system.
• The embroidery Trainer should make the teaching plan.
• Teach the trainees through the prepared plan and will closely check the progress made.
• The Trainer will make sure that all beneficiaries are actively participating.
• Keep the daily attendance and leave record of the trainees.
• The Trainer will report monthly to the project coordinator.
• The trainer in collaboration with the project coordinator should prepare marketing training for the beneficiaries.
• In charge of the vocational training project’s overall success.
• The trainer is required to do all official tasks as directed by the supervisor in the field.

• Minimum Diploma certificate  in relevant field
• Minimum two years’ experience in training students in embroidery
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work unsupervised and report back to training center manager and the Program Manager regularly on any matters.
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver theory and practical sessions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to vocational instruction and ethical behaviors.
