1. Work closely with health facilities and project RMNH team to ensure the delivery of high-quality RMNH services.
2. Facilitate relevant awareness and engagement initiatives to promote the importance of RMNH services both in HFs and community level.
3. Facilitated acquisition/ reinforcement of key standardized technical skill and knowledge to mentees’ for RMNH service which has high impact in reducing MMR (Maternal Mortality Ratio) and MoC (Management of Complication)
4. Conducting regular mentorship, supportive supervision, and identify the gaps in RMNH service, and applying HII for capacity building and Quality Improvement.
5. Coordinate the findings with skill Lab trainer for capacity building of female MDs and Midwives for the Quality Improvement of RMNH services in HFs and community level.
6.  Work with health workers to implement HQIP standards for improvement of RMNH services based on HII.
7. Developing monthly and quarterly work plan for implementation of HIV added intervention activities in HFs
8. Developing monthly and quarterly reports of HII implementation in RMNH services to project
9. Conducting mentorship on HII and RMNH thematic area to health workers at the HFs, and recording all mentorship for mentees in mentee lock book.
10. Provide facilitate trainings for MCH health workers, and provide training report.
11. Establish Newborn Care Corner (NCC) in selected HFs
12. Support the implementation of newborn, child health, and nutrition interventions in HFs
13. Conduct and facilitate HIV added interventions and other health related training at the provincial level for HFs health workers.
14. Support HQIP officer in baseline assessment of HQIP in HFs at least 5 HFs in first round
15. Provide support the HFs staff in MNDSR committee to review the mortality case regular.
16. Assess the availability of newborn care corner equipment in HFs.

Qualification:

1. Graduated from recognized medical university and holding MD degree.
2. 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially a mentor in health area particularly in MCH.
3. Knowledge of English language at reporting level, fluency in Dari and/or Pashto, both written and spoken
