The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in various functions and projects, gaining valuable experience and insight into HR operations. Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training materials are prepared.
Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops when required.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Conduct research on best practices in HR and contribute to policy development.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic,
Good command in written and spoken English
