How can you make a difference?:

The HR Manager is responsible for implementing HR services that improve their clients’ ability to meet their business goals and objectives within their sphere of influence. By doing this, the incumbent displays their capacity to foresee HR-related issues and provide follow-up strategies and solutions that integrate HR management with corporate goals.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

It is necessary to have a graduate-level degree (Master’s or higher) in business management, psychology, international relations, human resources management, or a closely related discipline. An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline plus two more years of work experience could be accepted in place of an advanced degree.
A big corporate or worldwide organization with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in human resource management is necessary.
Work experience in a developing country and/or acquaintance with emergencies are regarded as assets.
English and French proficiency are prerequisites. It is advantageous to have knowledge of a local language or another official UN language, such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish.
