OXUS Afghanistan Company was established in 2007 by OXUS, a network of microfinance banks located in Paris. It is registered with the General Directorate of Central Registration and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Trade under license number (I-10996).
OXUS Afghanistan is looking for a bright, motivated intern that is eager to assist several departments and learn about their operations. If you want the most out of your internship, you have to be prepared to help with whatever chores that an internship supervisor assigns you.
The main goal of hiring an intern in the microfinance sector is to provide them with real-world job experience and exposure to how microfinance institutions operate. This enhances interns’ understanding of the microfinance industry and allows them to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world situation.
Eligibilities:
Applicants must have the following:
- Outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities in Pashto, Dari, and English
- Skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and management
- Encourage and inform fellow team members by being a team player;
- Knowledgeable about computers and IT;
- Capacity to express oneself clearly both written and verbally
- Capacity to function both individually and collaboratively in a group setting.
- Basic knowledge and abilities at the bachelor’s or master’s degree within a predetermined field of expertise.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or a diploma in a relevant field, such as business management, information technology, banking, marketing, or commerce. A bachelor’s degree in the relevant field will give candidates an extra edge.
