Job Summary

IT Technician responsible for the installation and support/maintenance of internet service customers. the primary focus will be site installation, network implementation, and integration with back-end services.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues.

responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and assembly of all kinds of equipment.

visit the customers’ sites for maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment.

responsible for the installation, and maintenance of P2P devices.

able to set Point to Point and Point to Multipoint (able to install different PtP devices)

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, degree in IT or current computer science

At least one year of experience in the relevant field

Advanced knowledge of computers.

should be know , Dari, Pashto, and English
