Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the focal point for all convey-related matters, including transportation planning, coordination, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transporters, customs brokers, and other stakeholders involved in the movement of goods.
• Ensure that all transport-related documentation is complete and accurate, including waybills, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Monitor the performance of transporters to ensure that delivery schedules are met and that goods are transported safely and efficiently.
• Provide regular updates to the Logistics Unit on the status of transport operations, including any delays or issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with other units to ensure that transport operations are aligned with programmatic needs.
• Monitor compliance with transport policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in transport, logistics, supply chain, business administration, etc;

– 5 years of experience with national and international organizations;

– Diploma or certificate in English language;
