Job Context
- The duration of the contract will be until March 31, 2024.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and organize the project activity monitoring and documentation to ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and project completion report as per prescribed reporting template along with case studies, best practices.
- Responsible for developing relevant tools for process, input, and output monitoring of project activities.
- Monitor the progress of the project and recommend further measures for ensuring quality project implementation.
- Monitor the program activities and data collection, and compilation of data on a regular basis weekly/monthly/quarterly or as decided by the project management.
- Ensure different types of reports like Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team.
- Assist the field staff as well as the Project Management sharing the field findings for improving the quality of the field activities.
- Monitor the quality of different types of events i.e meeting, training, orientation expenditure and submitted data from field.

Educational Requirements
- M. Sc in Development Studies / Social Science / Anthropology / Public Health / Political Science or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
