Job Description:

  • Summary of Key Functions

The primary responsibility of the trainers is to provide quality mobile phone repair training to BNFs following the agreed syllabus and implementation schedule and to coordinate the teaching schedule with other trainers:

Duty Locations:

Duty Locations: Herat Province (Injil, Guzara and Zendajan districts)

     Key Results Expected:

  • Arranging work plans in accordance with the general plan of the relevant department to achieve the goals set.
  • Preparing timetable in accordance with the curriculum, criteria, and standards of the practical and theoretical training of the relevant field.
  • Having visual videos, and picture usage while teaching mobile phone repair courses.
  • Providing an appropriate environment for beneficiaries to participate in vocational courses.
  • Providing feedback on curriculum, criteria, and learning standards for correction.
  • Evaluating and taking exams from students to ensure the effectiveness of the teaching method and grading of students.
  • Keeping the record of the beneficiary’s evaluation/exams.
  • Providing consultations for solving the task-related challenges to the vocational training with the line manager.
  • Keeping attendance sheet and reporting to line supervisor on a Weekly/monthly basis.
  • Knowledge of simple facts and ideas about and associated with the field of work.
  • Use of basic processes, materials, and terminology.
  • The training should balance theory and practical sessions based on the level of the participants.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualification and Experience

  • High School diploma/ 14th graduated.
  • Two/three years’ experience.
  • Ability to work in team-based environment.
  • Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of the Mobile phone repair process.
  • Thorough understanding of Mobile phone repairing identification systems.
  • Effective reading, writing and interpretive communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of materials identification systems.
