Must have 3-4 years of experience in water and sewage works in private development organizations. Candidate should have skills in Data Collection, Compilation, Data Analysis, Reporting & Documentation, Logical Framework. Knowledge of information technology based data base creation and SPSS will be considered as additional qualifications. Must have skills in computer operation.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities and Duties (brief):
- Taking initiative in setting monitoring and evaluation targets, planning and implementing them according to the project proposal;
- Prepare monthly/quarterly action plans, take necessary steps to implement activities, achieve targets within specified time frame and ensure their quality. Conduct training on monitoring, data entry and analysis;
- Managing Mobile Based Monitoring Software;
- Regularly inspect project areas and assist in the implementation of activities;
- Completing project monitoring activities within the specified time frame according to the project proposal objectives;
- Assist in developing separate monitoring tools and formats for different indicators in line with the log frame;
- Follow up on mPMIS related activities and provide necessary guidance;
- Assist in preparing regular quarterly and monthly reports/monitoring reports based on information received from the field;
- Collecting information/data, compiling and presenting monitoring information in various meetings and assisting central management;
- Properly store all types of information and data and ensure its confidentiality;
- Creating various case studies and ensuring their proper use.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary: Total salary is 43,185/- Taka per month (Basic 19,505/-, House rent 14,629/-, Medical 1,000/-, Travel 3,600/-, PF (Company’s part) 1,951/-, Mobile 900/-, Entertainment allowance 1,500/- and Health insurance (Company) 100/-).
